Rabeprazole (enteric coated)

• the proton pump is suppressed maximum within 5 minutes of rabeprazole exposure.
• Reberaprozal is far better than other PPIs and maintains PH >4
• Gastric mucin and mucus content are intensied by rabeprazole,
  which exerts benets in protecting the alimentary tract mucosa
• Rabeprazole has higher efficacy than H2 receptor antagonists

Domperidone

• Restores peristalsis to control gastric reflux.
• improves motility & gastric emptying rate.
• Domperidone reaches minimum concentration in the blood within
  15-30 min. Offering quick relief from nausea and vomiting.
